L-Glutamine is an amino acid that makes up 50 percent to 60 percent of the total amino acids found in muscles. One hard tablet supplies 1000 mg of free form crystalline pure L-Glutamine.

L-Glutamine- Picks up ammonia in the central nervous system and delivers it to the kidneys for deamination. Can readily pass the blood brain barrier. Sustains mental activity. Reduces an individuals desire to consume alcohol and sugar. Used to protect against the poisonous effects of alcohol. Has been used in treatment of Schizophrenia and senility. Used to treat ulcers and petit mal epilepsy.
